What are the differing opinions among sedevacantists on how we get the sacraments today?

There are three opinions:

1. We can receive sacraments only from priests and bishops who were ordained or consecrated before Vatican II;
2. We can receive sacraments from any valid priest or bishop; and
3. We can receive sacraments only from valid and qualified priests and bishops.
