What is the difference between sedevacantism and sedeprivationism

Both positions believe that the Vatican II popes do not hold papal power, and are therefore not popes. However:

Sedevacantists hold that nobody has been even elected to the papal office.

Sedeprivationists hold that someone has been elected to the papal office.
